Al Nafeh Technical Services is based in Business Bay, Dubai. We provide AC servicing, repairs and property maintenance for apartments, villas, offices and commercial buildings, through individual visits and annual maintenance contracts.
How we work
We specialise in the installation, maintenance and repair of AC systems, and in the trades that keep a building running: electrical, plumbing, painting, tiling, carpentry and gypsum partition work.
When you contact us, we discuss the problem, your location and any access requirements. The technician assesses the work on site and explains the recommended repair and cost, so you can make an informed decision.
Work is available on a call-out basis or under an annual maintenance contract with scheduled equipment servicing. Either way, the approach is the same: diagnose properly, explain clearly, agree the price, then do the work to a standard we’re happy to put our name on.
