Booking and visits
How do I book a visit?
Book online, call us or send a WhatsApp message with the service you need and your area. We’ll confirm a time slot by phone or WhatsApp.
How quickly will you get back to me?
We operate 24/7, so you can reach our team any time, day or night. If the repair is urgent, call us to discuss the problem and check the earliest available visit.
Which areas of Dubai do you cover?
We cover Dubai, including Business Bay, Downtown, Dubai Marina, JLT, JVC, Palm Jumeirah, Al Barsha, Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills and Mirdif.
Can you come the same day?
Contact us to check. Availability depends on your location, the type of work and the technicians available. We confirm the visit time with you before arranging the appointment.
Do I need to be home for the appointment?
Someone needs to give access and confirm the work with the technician, whether that’s you, a family member, building security or your managing agent.
What should I prepare before the technician arrives?
Clear access to the unit or area, a note of what’s wrong (sounds, timing, error codes if any), and parking or building-entry details if needed.
Can a tenant book while the landlord pays?
Yes. Tell us at booking who should be invoiced and who we should coordinate access with, and we’ll handle it from there.
Prices and payment
Will I know the price before work starts?
Yes. Once the technician has assessed the job, we agree the price with you before any work begins.
Is there a call-out fee?
A repair visit may include a call-out or inspection charge. We explain any applicable charge when arranging the visit, and quote separately for the repair before starting.
Do you charge for quotes on bigger jobs?
Some jobs can be discussed using photos and measurements; others need a site survey. We explain whether a survey is needed and any charge before arranging it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, card and bank transfer. Let us know your preference when you book or when the technician arrives.
Is VAT included in your prices?
Our prices are subject to 5% UAE VAT, which is added to your final invoice.
When do I pay?
Payment is due on completion of the work, unless we’ve agreed a different arrangement with you in writing, such as an AMC invoice.
Warranty and quality
Do you guarantee your work?
Ask us about the warranty applicable to your job. We confirm the scope, duration and exclusions with your quote or job documentation.
What does the warranty cover?
It covers faults in the work we did. It doesn’t cover unrelated pre-existing issues or damage caused after our visit by misuse or other contractors.
What happens if the problem comes back?
Contact us with your invoice or job reference and describe the problem. We’ll review it against the completed work and any applicable warranty terms, then explain the next steps.
Are parts and materials covered too?
Parts we supply and fit carry the manufacturer’s own warranty alongside our workmanship warranty on the fitting itself.
What would void the warranty?
Misuse, tampering, or work carried out on the same item afterwards by someone other than our technicians.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Call or WhatsApp us with your invoice or job reference and a description of the issue, and we’ll arrange a visit.
Tenants and landlords
Who pays for repairs, the landlord or the tenant?
Under Dubai’s Law No. 26 of 2007, the landlord is responsible for maintenance affecting the property’s use (Article 16), while the tenant handles ordinary day-to-day upkeep (Article 19).
What counts as a “minor repair” the tenant pays for?
There’s no fixed figure in the law. The common AED 500-style threshold some agents use is a convention written into individual tenancy contracts, not a legal rule.
Can a tenant book a job and have the landlord billed?
Yes. Tell us at booking who should receive the invoice, and we’ll liaise directly with the landlord or managing agent if needed.
Does an AMC change who’s legally responsible?
No. An AMC just pre-arranges and pre-pays for servicing and call-outs; the split of responsibility set out in the law and your tenancy contract still applies.
What if my tenancy contract has its own repair clause?
Follow what your lease says about the split between landlord and tenant. We simply need to know who to invoice when we book the job.
Can you send a report landlords can use?
Yes. We provide a service report after every visit that you can forward to your landlord or managing agent.
Maintenance contracts
What’s included in an AMC?
Scheduled AC servicing plus call-outs for AC, electrical and plumbing faults, with the exact scope set out in your plan.
How much does an AMC cost?
The annual cost depends on your property, equipment and the coverage you choose. Contact us for a quote that sets out the servicing schedule, repair coverage and exclusions.
Are parts included in the contract price?
Your contract sets out labour, parts and materials coverage. Any separately charged work is quoted for approval before it begins.
Who can take out an AMC?
Homeowners, landlords, tenants with their landlord’s agreement, and businesses covering offices, retail units or whole buildings.
Can I upgrade my plan during the contract?
Yes. Contact us and we’ll adjust your plan and the remaining cost for the rest of the contract year.
How do I renew my AMC?
We’ll reach out ahead of your renewal date, or you can contact us anytime to renew or review your plan.
Buildings and access
Do you handle building permits or NOCs?
For work that needs a building NOC, we’ll tell you what’s required and can liaise with your building management if you give us their contact details.
Are there set working hours in towers?
Most Dubai towers restrict maintenance work, especially noisy work, to hours set by building management. We schedule around whatever your building requires.
Will your technicians need parking?
If we’re bringing tools or equipment, a visitor parking spot helps. Let us know your building’s parking arrangements when you book.
Do you work in villas and offices as well as apartments?
Yes. Our technicians work across apartments, villas, offices, retail units and buildings.
Do your technicians carry identification?
Yes. Our technicians carry identification and confirm the job details with you on arrival.
Can you work in buildings with security checks?
Yes. Let us know the security procedure in advance, such as ID checks or visitor passes, so our technician arrives prepared.
Still have a question?
Ask a technician directly. Calls and WhatsApp messages are answered by our own team.
