This privacy policy applies to Al Nafeh Technical Services, a maintenance company based on Marasi Drive Street, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. When you use our booking form, contact form or other forms on this site, we may collect your name, phone number, email address (where you provide one), area or address, property type, preferred date and time for a visit, and any message or details you add about the job. If you arrive from an online advert, we may also collect attribution data such as UTM parameters or ad click identifiers attached to that visit.

When you call or message us on WhatsApp, we collect the phone number you contact us from and the content of that conversation, so we can arrange and carry out your booking.

How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange, confirm or reschedule a visit
• To carry out the service you’ve booked, including any annual maintenance contract
• To send you service reports, invoices and follow-up communications about a job
• To understand which pages, searches or adverts led to your enquiry, so we can run our marketing more effectively
