Scope

These terms apply whenever you book a service from Al Nafeh Technical Services, whether through this website, by phone or by WhatsApp. By booking a visit, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and prices

Prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices for the service described. The final price for your job is confirmed with you on site, after our technician has assessed the work, and before any work begins.

Call-out and diagnosis fee

Repair visits carry a call-out fee that covers the technician’s visit and diagnosis of the fault. This fee is separate from the cost of any repair, which is agreed with you once the fault has been diagnosed.

Your responsibilities

To let us carry out the work safely and on schedule, please make sure:

• Someone is available to give our technician access at the agreed time
• Any building permits, NOCs or security clearances needed for the work are arranged in good time
• Parking or loading access is available where the job requires it
• The work area is reasonably clear and accessible

Materials and parts

Where a job needs parts or materials, we’ll explain the options and agree the cost with you before fitting anything, unless they’re already included in an agreed package or contract.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work, unless we’ve agreed a different arrangement with you in writing, such as an invoice for an annual maintenance contract. All prices are subject to 5% UAE VAT.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule a booked visit by contacting us before the appointment. We ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.

Workmanship warranty

Our work carries a workmanship warranty covering the work our technicians carried out. This warranty doesn’t cover:

• Misuse, accidental damage or normal wear and tear after our visit
• Work, parts or alterations carried out by someone other than Al Nafeh after our visit
• Pre-existing defects in the property, equipment or installation that our work didn’t cause

Liability

We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care. Subject to UAE law, our liability to you is limited to the cost of putting right any defect in the work we carried out, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Annual maintenance contracts

Annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) are governed by a separate written contract covering the plan, price, duration and scope you’ve agreed with us. Where these terms and an AMC contract conflict, the AMC contract applies to that service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
